This two story contemporary beach house was built upon piers with solid PVC lattice work. The detailed shingling, the architectual styled trim band gives separation between the flow through basement and second level. The first floor consists of select oak flooring and an open concept living and dining area that includes a tray ceiling with crown molding. The modern kitchen combines a dining nook overlooking the ocean, while the living room includes a gas fireplace with custom mantle with an integrated entertainment center.
